Dr. David Knox’s “Love Attitude Questionnaire” is designed to measure whether a person’s view of love is romantic or realistic.
Features
To provide a scientific measure of one’s beliefs about love. The respondent answers a series of questions on a 1 to 5 continuum (Strongly Agree to Strongly Disagree) with lower scores reflecting a romantic view of love (e.g. “Love at first sight,” “There is only one true love,” “Love conquers all”). Higher scores reveal a more realistic view of love (e.g. “Love takes time to develop,” “One can have many loves,” “Relationships are hard work and love does not solve all problems for a couple.”).
